Every Sunday my family is always complete that is why my Mom always cook my favourite dish and that is Kare Kare. My favourite is beef kare kare with lots of vegetables. She uses her secret ingredients and especially she cooks with love that is why it is more delicious for me. Nothing will beat my Mom’s kare kare because she has the best Kare Kare in the world. It is also my favourite because of this dish, me and my friend Kathlyra Ramos became bffs and now we are best friends for eight years. How about you, what is your mother’s dish that you like?

Pho and Spring Rolls

Every time that my Dad and I goes to Sm North Edsa, we always eat at Pho Hoa. It is a Vietnamese noodle restaurant and their noodles is one of my favourites. My Mom does not like the Pho or also known as the noodles but we like it very much that is why I love this food so much because we can bond together. My Dad and I have a strong bond because of this Pho because we are the only one who likes it. We also pair it with spring rolls. If we eat this food, our day is so complete. How about you, what is your favourite food that your dad likes too?

Taho

My sisters and I does not bond that much anymore because they have a work and busy schedule. Every Sunday, my ate biance, ate yna, and I waits at 11 o’clock for the taho to come. This is our way of bonding. We always wait for the taho to come, we have our 20 peso bill and a glass prepared so that we will just run if the taho vendor comes. This is my favourite dessert because it reminds me my childhood, its like we are just like kids again waiting for Kuya taho to come. If Im drinking taho with my sister, i feel so happy because it gives us time to bond. How about you, what is your favourite dessert that you like to eat with your sister/brother?

Blueberry Cheesecake

One of my favourites too is blueberry cheesecake. I love this cheesecake in fact, all of us loves this. Every time that there is a celebration, i always ask my Mom to buy or make some blueberry cheesecake because it is a cake for any occasion. If you do not want bluberry, you can put oreo, mango, strawberry, or make just a simple cheesecake.  How about you, what is your favourite cake?

Brownies

Brownie is one of my favourites too. During Christmas time, my sisters and I are the one who are assigned to make brownies and I love making it because we can bond together. Now the Christmas is near, I can’t wait to make a bunch of brownies with my sisters. That is why I am so excited. How about you, what do you prepare during Christmas?
